The result is a dancing-in-the-streets celebration, and the sound-track for our groove here in Tucson. We hope you enjoy it--and don't hold back if you need to get up and dance! The Blessing of the Beat is a greeting from all of us in Batucaxé. The lyrics, by Bassarima Soro in the Bambara language, invite everyone to dance to the music that's calling.
